Speed to Closing: 10 to 28 Days

Target LTV: Up to 60%  

(Higher LTV considered on a case-by-case basis)

Credit Requirement: Asset-Based (No FICO minimum) 

Commercial Property Types

• Multifamily & Mixed-Use: (5+ units, transitional or stabilized)
• Industrial: (Warehouse, Flex, Small-bay)
• Retail: (Unanchored Centers, Grocery anchored, NNN)
• Office & Medical: (Owner-occupied or multi-tenant)
• Special Purpose: (Data Center, Hospitality, Car Wash, etc.)
• Raw Land: (Infrastructure)

International Private Capital

Loan Amounts: $10M – $25M+

Target LTV: Up to 50%

Property Types: Hospitality and Resort, Industrial, and Gaming Developments in stable international jurisdictions.
