Iron Gate Private Capital operates as a commercial finance brokerage, advisory, and capital coordinator. We are not a direct lender, bank, or depository institution. We do not make credit decisions and we do not fund loans. Financing is arranged through independent third-party institutional lenders, private credit funds, and other capital providers ("Capital Providers"). Any financing offer, approval, rate, term, or condition is determined solely by the applicable Capital Provider and is subject to that provider's underwriting and documentation requirements.

2. Business Purpose Only

All financing products discussed on or arranged through this Site are intended solely for business and commercial purposes. Our services are not available for personal, family, or household purposes, and nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of consumer credit.

3. No Guarantee of Financing

Submitting a financing request does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, approval, or funding. Funding amounts, timelines, rates, and terms referenced on the Site (including phrases such as "funding in as little as 24–48 hours") are illustrative of possible outcomes and vary based on your business profile, the program selected, and the Capital Provider's underwriting.

4. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult your own advisors before entering into any financing transaction.

5. Your Representations

By submitting information through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you identify;
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• You are seeking financing solely for business or commercial purposes; and
• You will promptly update us if any material information changes.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication or by contacting us.

7. Credit Review

Our initial consultation and review use a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a specific Capital Provider, that provider may perform a hard credit inquiry and request additional documentation as part of its underwriting process. Any such inquiry is subject to the Capital Provider's own terms and disclosures.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Iron Gate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use any automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Capital Providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any Capital Provider are governed by that provider's own agreements and disclosures.
